WHY?

Therapy can be helpful for many different reasons. Some people come wanting to build practical strategies to change habits or manage challenges in daily life. Others find that therapy works best when paired with medication, giving them support on both fronts. And for many, therapy is about gaining new insights into patterns, relationships, and life experiences that shape who they are today. Whatever your goals, therapy offers a space to explore, grow, and make meaningful changes.

MODALITIES

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs and preferences. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for building skills and coping strategies, supportive therapy to provide encouragement and guidance, insight-oriented and psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper patterns and emotions, or Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate. My goal is to tailor therapy so it feels relevant, effective, and aligned with your personal goals for growth and healing.

CURIOUS?

Some of my patients choose to see an outside therapist while meeting with me for medication management. This can be a great option if you already have a trusted therapist or want to combine different perspectives and approaches.
